Refund policy

▼About returning purchased goods, defective goods, cancellation

All of our vintage clothes are one-of-a-kind items. We believe that the signs of worn out and eventual damages make the clothes unique and are one of the real pleasures of used clothing. Therefore, we cannot refund or exchange goods for any reason.

We do not accept cancellation of ordered items after ordering. When ordering, please check the product page for details.We cannot accept returned goods due to "receipt refusal" or "long absence".

In that case, please note that the item price and shipping fee will not be refunded.

当店の古着は全て一点物であり、独特のダメージやエイジングも古着の醍醐味の一つだと考えております。そのため、如何なる理由においても返金・交換対応は致しかねます。
ご注文完了後の注文商品の取り消しはお受けいたしかねます。ご注文いただく際には、商品ページで十分に商品の内容をご確認ください。
「受け取り拒否」・「長期不在」などによる返品に つきましては、お受けする事が出来ません。
