裏地の左裾付近に２Ｘ３cmの穴。
裏面の左肩下と襟下付近にそれぞれ１cm四方のタタキリペア。
右袖裏面の真ん中付近に１cmと２cm四方のタタキリペア。
左袖のボタン欠損。
